There are many rental buildings and has recently become a very popular place to live among young professionals and families. Along 2nd, 3rd, Lexington and Park Avenues are many stores and restaurants. Madison Square Park is located on 25th Street & Madison Avenue. The park is directly across from The Flatiron Building and, although there are not many rentals in the area, it is a great place to walk around. NYU Medical and Bellevue Hospital are located in Murray Hill and therefore there are many medical students and doctors residing in the area.
