The Mid West neighborhood
includes the area from 34th north to 59th Street from 5th Avenue west to
12th Avenue. It includes The Garment District, north Chelsea, Hell's
Kitchen/Clinton and Times Square. There are many new, full service buildings
popping up all over and is therefore causing the entire area to be renovated
and revamped.

Hell's Kitchen/Clinton-from 42nd - 59th Streets.
There are many residential buildings, both small, rent stabilized walk ups
to new, high rise, luxury buildings all around from 5th Avenue west to 12th
Avenue. Ninth Avenue has become a sort of ethnic restaurant row, with many
different tastes available for reasonable prices. Hell's Kitchen has gone
through many changes and is currently an area which is being renovated and
gentrified. One great aspect of living here is that you are directly south
of the park and prices are still low, for the most part. There are many
theaters and tourist attractions.
