Gramercy Park is one of the hidden treasures of Manhattan. The neighborhood runs from 14th-23rd Streets along the East Side. The actual park is located on Irving Place between 21st & 20th Street. It is the only private park in the city and to obtain a key you must be an apartment owner in the immediate area. There are many co-ops and rental buildings in the neighborhood, along 2nd and 3rd Avenue, as well as services and shops. It is a quiet neighborhood, with many families and professionals.
