	No! By using The Apartment Store's database of information you will get to see the same apartments traditional brokers show, however, you will not have to pay any commissions.
	How long does it take the average client to find an apartment?
	Our records indicate 8 to 10 days. Naturally this depends upon budget, locations and how flexible you are.
	If I have never rented an apartment before, will this hinder me?
	It will depend upon your income (see Landlord Financial Requirements) as well as your credit. They may require a guarantor.
	What is a Guarantor?
	A Guarantor is someone who will go on your lease with you and will guarantee to pay the rent if you do not.
	Does everyone living in an apartment have to be on the lease?
	Not really, however, it is for your benefit to be on the lease, especially if you are in a roommate situation.
	If I put an application in on an apartment does that mean that I will automatically get it?
	No. It means that you are being considered for it. Keep on looking at apartments until you get a call telling you that you have been accepted, and an appointment to sign a lease has been set.
	Do landlords rent month to month or do they require a lease?
	Most good apartments require a lease of one year.
	Can I see what properties you have before I subscribe?
	You bet! Simply use our Guest Search that's why its there.
	If I am uncertain what size apartment I want can I list more than one?
	Yes! You can list up to 3 sizes, so long as they are consecutive.
	If I subscribe to your service on line, how long will it take until I can get a list of apartments?
	Immediately! You will get a pin # and than you can enter your search as often as you like.
	How long have you been in business?
	We are now successfully entering our 6th year!
	How often do you get new listings?
	Each and every day we receive hundreds of new listings.
	I have bad credit what should I do?
	Offer the landlord an extra months security. Also offer to have a Guarantor sign the lease with you.
	Is this the only city that you database?
	No, the list of the cities we currently database includes, New York, Boston, LA, San Francisco, San Jose, & Seattle.
	Once I subscribe to The Apartment Store, what happens?
	You will enter your username (your email address) and the password you chose when you registered and then select the criteria for the apartment you are searching for. A list will appear of available apartments in that criteria. You can do this search daily for thirty days.
	When will I receive my credit report?
	We will mail it to you within 24 hours of your subscription. Make sure to type in your social security number and birth date when you subscribe.
	If I subscribe to you service on line, how long will it take until I can get a list of apartments?
	Immediately! You will get a confirmation and then you can enter your search as often as you like.
	I have subscribed and received a receipt, why am I not able to log in?
	The log-in is case sensitive. Your log-in must match exactly, including lower case and capitals. If you are still not able to log-in you might not have clicked through all the sign-up screens. Just contact us and will correct your record.
