What is a Guarantor?

A Guarantor is someone who will go on your lease with you and
will guarantee to pay the rent if you do not.

Does everyone living in an apartment have to be on the lease?

Not really, however, it is for your benefit to be on the lease,
especially if you are in a roommate situation.

If I put an application in on an apartment does that mean that
I will automatically get it?

No. It means that you are being considered for it. Keep on looking
at apartments until you get a call telling you that you have been
accepted, and an appointment to sign a lease has been set.

Once I subscribe to The Apartment Store, what happens?

You will enter your username (your email address) and the password you chose when you registered and then
select the criteria for the apartment you are searching for. A list will appear of available apartments in that criteria. You can do this search daily for thirty days.

When will I receive my credit report?
|
|
|
We will mail it to you within 24 hours of your subscription. Make sure to type in
your social security number and birth date when you subscribe.

If I subscribe to you service on line, how long will it take
until I can get a list of apartments?

Immediately! You will get a confirmation and then you can enter your search as often as you like.

I have subscribed and received a receipt, why am I not able to log in?

The log-in is case sensitive. Your log-in must match exactly, including lower case and capitals. If you
are still not able to log-in you might not have clicked through all the sign-up screens. Just
